Creating and celebrating incredible moments of stamina, speed, strength, skill, and spirit of Field and Track activities in life Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Group of Schools' Two Days Annual Athletic Meet commenced today with the grand participation of hundreds of athletes from four BVM Branches- BVM Kitchlu Nagar, BVM Udam Singh Nagar, BVM Dugri and BVM Chandigarh Road. Having decades of sporting history, Host School BVM Kitchlu Nagar warmly welcomed the Chief Guest of the day Mr. Ravinder Singh DSO. All the dignitaries, Sh Ravinder Singh Ji along with, Sh K.C. Maini Ji ( President), Sh.P.C. Goyal Ji(Secretary ), Sh Manoj Gupta Ji ( Treasurer), Sh R.K.Behal Ji from BVM Trust, Principal Mrs. Neelam Mittar and Vice Principal Mr. Rajesh Kumar received a salute from marching contingents from all the school branches. Sh. M.M. Vyas Ji from BVM Trust applauded the sporting spirit of the athletes. The ceremony provided ample of opportunities for healthy excitement and joy to all the fervent players who bore rich dividends of playing at a such high level. Presenting an array of colorful and reverberant activities such as March Past, Dance, Races, Drills, Fun based activities, Track and Field events students mesmerized all with energetic performances. The clear sky and glorious sunshine worked as the perfect boost for the participants. The host school wore a festive look heralding the day of heights of Athletic talent. Wishing good luck to all the players, Sh.P.C. Goyal Ji advised the students to take part in sports in routine for building a bright future ahead imbibing the morality of fair play.
Motivating the sports spirit amongst the athletes, Principal Mrs. Neelam Mittar said-Conquer yourselves and learn to accept both victories and defeats with grace, as the real grace is playing not winning.
